Based on our experience, one of the things we believe is the cornerstone of prosperity is gratitude. Many of us have heard “focus on what you want, not what you don’t want”, but don’t necessarily know how to make that shift when we feel bombarded every day with things we don’t want. The first step to make that shift to change your focus, and in turn change your life, is to be grateful for what you do have.
It is the negative thoughts and feelings in our life that makes positive change
virtually impossible. It is like trying to run a marathon with a bowling ball tied to our ankle. This is what we were doing and wondering why we weren’t progressing in our business or financial life. We were stuck in a downward spiral caused by our resistance and denial of our current situation as well as a lack of focus and clarity in order to be open to opportunities for positive change.
Gratitude is a way to consciously shift your subconscious, and allow you to let go of the
negative things that hold you back. It helps you to create clarity and see opportunities you may not have seen otherwise and move toward your ideal life.
